One address reaches the people who run TrueWave. It is read by a person, not a queue, and it is the same address for a sales question, a held count, a creator asking where a payment is, and a request to see or delete data.
Write to the same address. If your assignment came from a brand or an agency, TrueWave will pass your message to them and tell you it has done so, rather than answering on their behalf about work it did not commission.
Send the screen it is on and the time and zone printed beside it. Every figure in TrueWave carries the window it covers, the number it was computed over and how old the data is, which is what makes a disagreement checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address and are answered within thirty days. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in Privacy.
