UGC

UGC is user-generated content — videos a real person posts. TrueWave measures the campaign in views over a named window, then invoices on that count.
A UGC video is a briefed post on a creator’s account: a hook, a proof, a product, an ask. It is not a studio ad with an actor reading a slogan, and it is not a follower screenshot. The object is the post. The number is the views it earned.
UGC marketing is buying those posts at a rate a brand can reconcile. Effective CPM is spend over observed views × 1,000. Cost per view is the same spend over the same views. Zero views is an em dash, never a free campaign.
An influencer buy is often priced on reach or a flat fee for the person. A UGC campaign on TrueWave is priced on the posts and the views they delivered. The same creator can do both jobs; the invoice has to say which denominator it used.
A 15-second product demo, a 30-second objection handle, a Story sequence that names one URL, a carousel that walks a feature. Each example still needs a platform, a length, and the views window you will count.
